Who I Am
Danny began working with United Law Center in June of 2013 and has obtained many favorable decisions with the Court of Appeals. Danny leads the Appeal Division of our firm and has achieved successful progress focusing on foreclosure litigation and appeals. Prior to being an Associate with United Law Center, Danny worked for a few prestigious law firms focusing on employment law, disability discrimination, civil litigation and appeals.
Danny was a graduate of University of Davis Law School located in Davis, California. In 2001, Danny competed as a member of the Cal Debate Team and won the 2001 National Parliamentary Debate Association National Championship Tournament.
In law school, Danny focused on appellate advocacy. Danny also won the annual Neumiller Moot Court Competition in his second year with his partner. In addition, he advanced to the semi-final round of the prestigious First Amendment Moot Court Competition at Vanderbilt University. The following year, Danny returned to Vanderbilt University and advanced to final round of the same competition. Danny is the first person in the history to advance to the First Amendment Moot Court Competition in consecutive years. He and his teammates also won the Traynor Moot Court Competition in Los Angeles in 2006. Danny was awarded Order of Barristers in his third year at Davis, an honor given to those who display excellence in trial and appellate advocacy.
